ICED OUT GHOST ROOTS

PULP RIOT PRODUCT NEEDED:

#BlondeAF, Developer, Silversmith, Iced Skater, Ghostblood

PRE-LIGHTENING

Use #BlondeAF with a 1:1.5 ratio, processing for 20-45 minutes at room temperature, checking every 5 minutes until a level 10 is achieved. 

COLORING

PRE-TONING: Pre-tone any yellow of out of the hair with Ghostblood. Rough dry the hair. 
SECTIONING:
Starting in back quadrants, moving towards the front, take small horizontal sections.
ROOTS:
Mix of 1:1 Silversmith and Iced Skater on roots and bring down to 1 inch. 
MIDS TO ENDS:
Blend Silversmith into the root color using fingers, then apply Silversmith through the mids and ends of the hair. 
RINSING:
Rinse with cool water until water runs clear. Do not shampoo.

STYLING & FINISHING:

Blow dry the hair with a round brush. Finish with a flat iron get hair as straight as possible. Add shine spray if needed.

#BlondeAF, Developer, Molten Metal

PRE-LIGHTENING

Use #BlondeAF with a 1:1.5 ratio, processing for 20-45 minutes at room temperature, checking every 5 minutes until a level 8-10 is achieved. After rinsing, rough dry the hair. 

COLORING

COLORING: Global application with Molten Metal.
PROCESSING: Let process for 25-40 minutes.
RINSING:
Rinse cool water until water runs clear, do not shampoo.
 
STYLING & FINISHING

Apply your choice of texturizing product, rough blow dry for added texture.

Metallic Kaleidoscope

PULP RIOT PRODUCT NEEDED:

#BlondeAF, Developer, Silversmith, and Molten Metal.

PRE-LIGHTENING

Use #BlondeAF with a 1:1.5 ratio, processing for 20-45 minutes at room temperature, checking every 5 minutes until a level 9-10 is achieved

COLORING

ROOTS: Shade root with Molten Metal, then at a diagonal blend into Silversmith creating a gradient. 
PRO TIP!
Create ultra thin sections at ½” thickness. 
MIDS:
Repeat this pattern down the head ensuring diagonal over direction and blending seamlessly. 
PROCESSING:
Let process for 25-40 minutes.
RINSING:
Rinse with cool water until water runs clear, do not shampoo

STYLING & FINISHING

Blow dry the hair with a round brush. Curl with 1.5” curling iron. Let curls cool and then brush for wave effect. Finish with shine spray if needed.

PARTING & SECTIONS

PROFILE: Separates the head from left to right, center forehead to center nape.
RADIAL: Separates the head from front to back, center top of head to the top of both ears.
HORIZONTAL: Parting that is parallel to the horizon.
VERTICAL: Parting that is perpendicular to the horizon.
DIAGONAL BACK: Slanted parting that angles away from the face.
DIAGONAL FORWARD: Slanted parting that angles towards the face.
TOP CROWN: Top of the center of the head.
MID CROWN: Mid point of the top and low crown.
LOW CROWN: Central point where growth pattern begins; where the head begins to curve.
HIGH RECESSION: Center part of the head, where the profile begins.
MID RECESSION: Point where hairline tends to dip, right above the brow bone.
LOW RECESSION: Horizontal to the corner of the hair, located at the center of the sideburn.
OCCIPITAL BONE: Region of the lower back of the head, horizontal to middle of the ear.
NAPE: Lower portion of the head.
FRONTAL BONE: Approximately 2 inches away from the front of the hairline.


WEAVES & APPLICATION

PLACEMENT: 2-3 even weaves to create a bold color placement and a defined stream of color.
SLICE: A thin section of hair; can be taken in vertical, horizontal, or diagonal direction.
